| Job Description: Manages the general accounting functions and accounting staff of 10. Ensures compliance with the generally accepted accounting procedures. Responsible for the accurate and timely general ledger and period end closings. Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, data forecasts, cash flow data and other reports as needed.
Reconciles assets and liabilities. May conduct asset valuations and participate in budget planning process. Maintain detailed records for insurance packages. Must maintain records and schedules of multiple companies. Responsible for Bank, 401k, Gov't transfers of funds for accounts and taxes. Maintain equipment and vehicle lists and licenses. |
